I really wanted a Racesafe Motion Lite - something for every day hacking/schooling and for under a show jacket for showjumping.
The quality is amazing and it fitted my friend beautifully. She was really surprised and admitted it’s something she would finally happily wear every day. It’s no more bulky than wearing a gilet and said it was like wearing a gentle hug! I really wanted one.
Alas I was unable to buy as the A2 in Long length was a great fit for my slim 5ft6 friend. But it was just too short for me and wouldn’t give enough protection to my spine compared with other brands.
The size guide is definitely off as A2 was correct for me and my friend who are a size 10 and 12 respectively.
I hope they will consider doing an extra long!!
No arguments over wearing a body protector, so comfy and flexible, nothing like the rigid old school body protectors. Well made and lasts. Would just really appreciate the price coming down a bit please
The motion lite is so comfortable you hardly even notice you are wearing it. Not restrictive at all and it’s really comfortable. I wear it every time I ride now where as I only used to wear the motion 3 when I XC for as comfortable as it is I’d never wear it every time I ride so this option is perfect for added protection without really feeling like you are wearing it
I bought this from my local tack shop. Really impressed how comfortable it is for my son and it has lasted him a long time, even with a growth spurt or two.
I needed to replace the elastic on my child's body protector. They despatched quickly, unfortunately the parcel was lost by royal mail, but Racesafe very quickly replaced it. Really helpful and efficient

My ProVent3 is super comfortable and fits well. Unlike other body protectors I've worn in the past, I don't feel restricted when wearing this which is a real bonus as it allows me to focus on riding.
Item is great quality and design however the size guide requires review for example my normal dress size is 10 so I originally ordered size A1 ( size 10 to 12) but it was tiny. I reordered this time A2 (size 14 to 16 according to size guide) which does fit me but pretty snuggly!

Fabulous bit of kit! Much lighter and more comfortable than rival brands and I love how streamlined and neat it looks with body protector. Yet to test it out but I feel really safe in it.

I wore my new motion 3 racesafe for our first cross country schooling trip of the 2024 season and couldn’t have been more impressed. It feels super lightweight, and very comfortable. I rode 7 horses in it and barely noticed I was wearing it!
Easy transaction of replacing racesafe elastic. Very easy to fit. Only slight criticism is that it took a while to arrive.
A must purchase to combat Scottish winters, fit is great and material is lightweight. I got medium (I’m a size 12) and they fit great. Highly recommend.
Absolutely delighted with this jacket! I opted for the size medium (I’m a size 12) and plenty room left for layers. The dipped hem at the back keeps drafts off lower back and the material is lovely and warm and weather proof - especially suitable for Scottish winters! A winter essential!

Lovely hat cover, looks very stylish on. Size M fits my 57 Charles owen 4 star just about, could maybe have gone up a size but they are very big skull caps, M would fit a 57 pro 2 just fine. Would highly recommend and would certainly buy again very good quality.
This is the second one we have bought as such good quality and fit - quick despatch too!
